Michael,

My opp may just be frothing at the mouth at this wild looking play but Orb AtS I'd play 8/7 8/6. Given my opp's Tower of Hanoi structure, she'd surely love to smooth out with ace deuce & three's! A close second IMO is 13/11 8/7 followed by 24/21.
