In the feature position (on the left), I like P (Point, 13/5(2)). If White anchors, Blue can either attack inside or aim to bring the position home having a big lead in the race (depending on what he rolls). If White doesn't anchor, she is behind a strong blockade.

What seems critical, however, is the status of Blue's fourth 4 if he makes the 9pt + hit play. If he can play a constructive 4, such as 24/20 in the right-hand variant, then I believe he should hit.

Incidentally, if the sequence of the (left-hand) position is as listed in the header and caption, with her 62 I think White should play S (bar/23 13/7) rather than U (bar/23 24/18).
