Number 1:
White has a huge pip-advantage. This gives plenty of chances to jump a 5-prime. As soon as blue threatens to close white out, or to make a 6-prime the position is on the edge DT/DP, depending how big the threat is. So for now blue first needs to make a 5-prime before the position can be DT.
No Double
Number 2:
Blue is ahead in the race and for now is the only one with an anchor. After the consolidating 13/7 9/7 three possible game situations can arise:
1. White anchors on the 5 (12/36): It becomes a rather equalish mutual holding game.
2. White escapes one checker (61,43,63,D6 = 7/36): One checker is still vulnerable, blue stands better.
3. Both white checkers are still vulnerable (17/36)
Conclusion: On average blue stands clearly better after consolidating, so there is no good motivation for an anti-structural blitz.
Answer: 13/7 9/7
Number 3:
Leaving the midpoint against a double hit and a strong white board can't be good here. There is a reasonable chance that white will give something up next move, since he only has 6 free-playable pips.
So then the 6/1 is obligate, and the 5/4 leaves blue with a reasonable board (in case of an indirect shot) and the least wastage (in case of a double, or a hit-free escape).
Answer: 6/1 5/4
