If you didn't see this play OtB and consider it you should definitely be kicking yourself. If you just didn't make this play OtB it's no big deal. I've had a couple students in the last month or so show me positions from their matches that came up and they asked me what I'd play. I immediately saw plays that they never even considered (thanks mainly to dmp study). The biggest fault is not knowing they are reasonable plays.
