Well, definitely move the two runners up to get them on their way. Then I'd play 13/9 to bring another checker into the zone while holding the midpoint. I thought about 13/11(2) but don't see where leaving the extra shots would be worth the risk.

24/22(2) 13/9

Perhaps 13/11 8/6 is better, aiming a second builder at the 2, but only 3 shakes cover the two, so I'll stick with my play.
