Thoughts on publishing transcriptions ?

I agree that courtesy requires that a transcriber should try to contact the players involved in a game before publishing it. At the very least, the players should be informed ahead of time, even if a transcriber decides that permission is not required.

In this case, I wondered whether I should publish at all. I had no direct method to contact either player, and frankly, I am uncertain if either player speaks English. Since I do not speak Japanese, I took a guess that Tareo and Cameron would be proud to have their match shared. I hope that is the case. I would not have published unless I had believed that to be so.
