1.) I believe at the score this is a redouble/take. If it didn't make it DMP I don't think it would be a double.

2.) Based on the pipcount I'd say 23/13(2)

3.) I'd hit and lift 5/3* 3/off. That looks like it gets the most gammons and that's what it's all about at this score.
