Correction: I miffed Trice's formula it's 10% + 1 round up. That makes it closer - blue is within 2 of the point of last take, which would be a solid double in a straight race. I still think it's no double due to the contact, but it's close.

It may be a practical double as there will be some opponent who will pass.
