Keith's formula works better. for blue add 1pip for 2nd checker on the 2pt. 88 to 95. 88/7= 12,.. 88+12=100. 5 pip more than opp. 4 pip is ok for dbl, 5 pip is no dbl, and here there is contact which could wastes blue's some 1x, 2x rolls. so it looks No-Dbl. But not sure how the score affects.
