Hit, by all means!

As long as we are forced to leave a direct shot, we may as well put White on the bar. He may dance, or enter on the 3pt, thus reducing the problem of “guard-plus-anchor” down to simply “anchor.” Even when we are hit, we will have three turns or so before White can run around, and attempt to cover the blot in his home board.

Of course, I want to safety the blot on the 14pt.
