There are certainly ways to reach the above diagrammed position on the sixth roll, but I'm listing it as a fifth-roll sequence. (Alternatively, the second roll play can be 53H and/or the fourth roll play can be 54H.)

In your original position (above), and even more so in your 24/15 variant, H (Hit, bar/24 13/9*) seems abundantly clear, given that Blue owns his 5pt.

I find your 13/6 variant interesting. Blue would have to break the midpoint to hit, so I suppose @ (anchor, bar/21 24/21) is better in that case.

I offer an additional variant diagrammed below (same as position diagrammed above but unplay 6/5(2) for Blue -- he has no 5pt).
