How about a guess under conditions that favor the pro. Namely large bankrolls compared to the blinds, and the blinds do not ever increase. To be concrete, 1 million starting bankroll for each player and blinds of 5,000/10,000.

Suppose it is the very first hand of the match and the kid has gone all in. With what hands would you call? Suppose you were the big blind.

Suppose that you've been waiting for a killer hand but haven't gotten it yet and now the bankrolls are .5 mil for you and 1.5mil for the kid. With what hands would you go all-in for the next hand?
