I like 20 and 1* to protect the split to the 20 given the spares available for attack. 20,8 and 23/14 work less well because of the blot on the 11.

In Dmitriy's alternative position, I might play 23/14 (duplicating anchoring and hitting 2s) or 13/9 8/3*, trying to take the initiative while creating 'good' 6s. Or maybe still 20 and 1*.
