Position 2: -12,-3 is 9% and using Neils New Numbers I get -7,-6 = 43% and -4,-7 = 70%. So white is risking 9 to gain 27, which means a doubling point of 25%. So clear double/take.

Position 1: Seems like this would be a very easy take for money, so I can't imagine handing over this much recube vig can be right at this score.
