Simple, agreed. The take point is equal to the match equity if we were to pass or 23%. On roll player's epc is simple being a 5 roll position or 7(5)+1 = 36. To player's epc is a bit tougher but has to be at least 7 pips (a 'nice position' and less than a flat position, 10 pips, I'd estimate between the two at 8.5. That gives the taker an epc of 34.5.

For money the point of last take is equal to the number of rolls to go (5 here) minus 3 = 2 effective pips. That means the taker could take with an epc up to 38 so it's clear he has the easiest take ever if doubled. I don't see much of a reason to deviate from the proper cube action for money here and for money/nms we can redouble when the trailer is within' 1 effective pip of the point of last take or 37 in this position. He's far from that. Short version, no redouble/take
