Depending on the size of the blinds in NLHE, newbie is somewhere on an interval between 8-50%. I don't think he can be much worse than 8% if he just pushes every time, although he could be worse than 8% if he were to play really horribly. Size of the blinds makes quite a big difference here.

I don't have Jacobs-Trice METs with me, but let's say Stick has 1400 ELO points or so over random newb (not really sure where random newbs come in under backgammon ELO). Stick is probably an 80-85% favorite against random newb, correct? (assuming random newb plays with bad backgammon strategy)
