Some guy named Marv who probably never won a backgammon world championship writes:

"We did this in poker theory a while ago. With starting stacks of 1000 and (constant) antes of 1, optimal play beats the all-inner about 82% of the time. With (constant, alternating) blinds of 1 and 2 and starting stacks of 150 I think the figure was close to 66%."
