Simple bear off redouble

I calculate white's raw takepoint as 19.5. Blue has a simple 5 roll position while blue has a not-so-simple four-ish roll position. White basically has to miss twice to lose, but I can't realistically estimate that.

So I'm going to greatly over simplify and say that it looks something like a 5 roll position and take another shake as blue. I think white has a take here, and will probably still have one next roll. Not at all certain about this though.

The Thorpe count (as modified by Trice) says that the adjusted pip count is about even, which give me confidence in the hold/take verdict, but I know that this formula doesn't always work.
