Blue has 23/36 hits, that might not be enough, because of the enormous white race-advantage. But 8/36 are double-hits, and the variations where blue hits, white fans and blue hits another add up to another 3/36 “double”- hits. Add to this the blue 4-prime and the outfield control and it makes a DT.

Number 2
Here 13/7 11/7 is the best safe variation. The problem is that it leaves white in control, he has hands-free to make the bar-point, the 4-point or bring builders to do so. The blue builders seem rather strong, but he won’t gladly use the move 65 or 64 to hit, he’d rather escape. On the other hand, blue is far ahead, and he will keep the ace-point as a dump-spot, even with the checker on the 2-point, so that is not the reason to hit the white blot away with 8x2 6/2. I think the plays are close, but I would go for the safe variation.

I estimate that white has about 9% race-chance. The hit-chance after the first blue move adds up to about 3%, and clearing the midpoint gives about 8% hits. This totals to 20% chance for white, I may count the hits as wins, since the white board is in good condition. The question is if the clearing of the 8- and 7-point will make an add up to 25%. I think it’s close, but there is also a reasonable white gammon-chance, since a picked up blue blot might well strand behind a white 6-prime.
