Blue has an anchor, a better board and hitting will cost blue an important point after 23/14.

Answer: 23/14

Number 2

Keeping the 5-blot seems advantegeous after a white D6 or D5, and disadvantegeous after D3, 32,31, D2, D1. The disadvantage is bigger. I would leave the anchor and play 14/11 for the coverage of the 5-gap.
