The trivial case: blinds are equal to the stack size - 1. Moving all-in with any hand is what any player outside of the ALWAYS-FOLD program would do (ignoring the case where a player calls, loses down to one chip, and then wins the tournament). Since Stick and beginner follow the same strategy, beginner is 50%. Similar reasoning with blinds that are 2/3 of the stack size, etc.

I have no idea how Marv got his numbers, but they sound semi-reasonable. I don't have the numbers for BG, but the ELO system ought to make it calculable.
