"Depending on the size of the blinds in NLHE, newbie is somewhere on an interval between 8-50%. I don't think he can be much worse than 8% if he just pushes every time"

AA vs an unknown hand has an 85.2% win chance. (robadams post on rgb citing numbers from pokerstove software). This means that the all in strategy has at least a 14.8% win chance no matter how small the blinds relative to the bankroll.
