I recall another whine you had was the NLH is called 'poker' as if that is the only game. Well, live with the fact that this is all most people (and most of TV producers) care about

OH REALLY? To take the first example that came to mind I looked @ the WSOP events from this past year, roughly 24 out of 55 events are NLHE. I say roughly because when counting I counted the limit/NL mixed tourneys as both NL & limit when figuring the results. I also did not count HORSE or SHOE as NL because.. well, they aren't. There have to be some ppl out there caring about these other games and with each passing year ESPN is revising its schedule to put more & more final tables of other games on.

Here's one to think about: find a situation in BG which is parallel to the HU part of a poker tournament. Then compare the probabilities of the raw novice winning that against a seasoned pro. Or is even this too unrealistic for you?
