Cuttin' to the chase

Sexton again addresses nothing of stack sizes, blind structures, antes.
True -- the article's missing some math. But several here have already noted that the pro's decision depends on blind/stack size.
He also doesn't say what the novice is to do when the pro moves raises or moves all in on him. (the pro is first to act half the time you know!?)
You raised this question before, but it's a non-issue.
As Chuck said, what the novice AKA raw beginner AKA person who knows nothing about poker except to say "all-in" whenever possible should do is: call or reraise all-in.
It's a non-issue because against a player who will move all in every hand, the pro has no skills and no knowledge with which to decide to raise, call, fold, move all-in or anything, except to decide pre-flop which hands he'll call the inevitable all-in bet with -- in the same way that a backgammon expert's deep knowledge of 2-away all cube action is worthless against a player who will double at the first opportunity.
