Supposing that my rules of 5000/10000 blinds (never changing) and 1,000,000 inital bank roll then there are 134862 potential decisions that must be made by the pro.

This is found by multiplying 398 possible starting money amounts, by 2 possiblilities for who big blind is, by 169 possible hands (not counting logically equivalent hands, e.g. any 2 kings is as good as any two other kings, 2 spade and 7 spade is same as 2 diamond with 7 diamond).

Definitely tractable by a brute force approach I would think.
