What do you mean by a "gammon-oriented play" here? Blue doesn't care about winning a gammon ATS.

My first inclination was 16/14 16/12, but I think we should be thinking not just about bringing everything home as quickly as possible, but also about hitting White when she pops out. 16/12 5/3 gives White six shots instead of eight and I think gives slightly better outfield coverage. I'm somewhat nervous about playing 5/3 because it's usually more thematic to move closer to home than to bury checkers, but that's what I'll try here.
