I call it a double holding game. My definition of a back game is 1-2, 1-3, 2-3, 2-4. I'm on the fence about 3-4 but I lean toward back game, and everything else with 2 points is a double holding game by my definition, which is simply my personal opinion as to how I separate these games for study and teaching.
