In answer to Neil's question, for 70% cube efficiency and gammonless games (and assuming no Jacoby), the following double points are indicated:

Initial double 68.9% (cf. 67.9% with 67% cube efficiency)

Redouble 72.3% (cf. 71.4% with 67% cube efficiency)

Note that in general, initial double points are about 3.5% earlier than redouble points according to the formula for typical values of cube efficiency.
