Blue is Player 1XGID=-a----E-C--adD---d-e---AAA:0:0:1:63:0:0:3:0:10 Blue to play 63 In the early game, the default play for an awkward 6 is to run out to the opponent’s bar point, U (Up) = bar/22 24/18. It is not a terrible play. Over the board, it is the play I would probably choose. After entering on the 22pt, however, Blue will already have his back checkers in a relatively strong position. He gains little by coming out to the 18pt, and takes away some of the rolls that would make the 20pt or 21pt.
This, and the fact that Blue can afford to play aggressively, make Z (Reverse split) = bar/22 13/7 a candidate. Toss in a little QF, and I’ll guess it’s the play XG likes.
