'Matches original distribution of all dice rolls and doubles for Safeharborgames': that actually means rigged dice known to produce way below the expected number of doubles.

'Distribution of all dice rolls including doubles matches tournament standard of approximately 16.667% doubles': it doesn't mean anything other than normal dice, as opposed to the rigged dice they incredibly continue to use in most rooms.
