You are forgiven about the LF ;-)

I now realize that if you anchor on the 23, 61 and 63 blot immediately, whereas these become hit and covers after 21 and 5. That should swing quite a bit, and is a feature of the position that is likely to repeat itself. Partial explanation only though, I guess.
