I think that an important feature here is that White's position isn't as inflexible as it might seem at first glance. White has some immediate bad rolls, but she has many good rolls that wil allow her to continue improving her structure. In those variations, you clearly prefer the anchor. So to justify splitting, you need to gain a lot immediately on White's bad rolls by splitting. And I don't think you do. If you go through all of White's rolls, I think you'll see that there aren't many where you clearly gain from the split.
