My count of 61 includes the 6 counted for our excess wastage.

Awlright then let's smack him again again. I count after "safe play" 5/36 wins by hitting now, 2/36 wins by hitting later, and easily at least 4/36 more wins in the other 29 sequences, whatever the real pip count is. 5+2+atleast4 = more than 11.
