Minor split, major split, or diversify builders?

I think we need to split, or risk getting stuck on White's ace point. The major split gives White 9 POH numbers. And it's likely to hit loose there. But the minor split forces us to strip our mid. (I don't like hitting loose with the 5; we are outboarded.) Not sure, but
