Well sure. 24/36 vs. ~12/36. I'll believe your rollout. 6/3* ... prime is worse for B than 23/21 22/21 ... prime, but -- on the ~12/36 additional numbers -- 6/3* ... no-prime is relatively a lot better than 23/21 22/21 ... prime. B also retains a chance, after 6/3*, of making the 23 point. I was swayed to not play 6/3* because it loses the 6 point, but after 23/21 22/21, unless B rolls a 6 out (11/36) or sometimes a 5 out (again, W will make that 9 point twice as often after 23/21 22/21) the 6 point goes anyway.
