White has an advanced anchor and we're still stuck on the 24pt. This usually indicates that we should split the back checkers. If we were too far behind in the race or White's potential attack were too powerful, then we might not want to split, but here it doesn't look like either is the case. White has plenty of builders for her 5pt and bar point and is more likely to prime us than to attack us. So that argues for splitting.

I don't like leaving the 7pt slotted. We can't really prime White's advanced anchor effectively, and White will generally be happy to break anchor to hit since she has the stronger board and is ahead in the race.

Putting the two together, I play 24/23 7/5. Between the two parts of the play, I feel more confident about splitting than about lifting. Conceivably, 24/23 13/11 is better, but that looks too loose to me.
