Thanks for the help Daniel. I guess the situation would be simple if either of us had match equity tables memorized. So in the end the gammons and the style of play do figure into it but I doubt there's an easy way to add that into the type of calculations we did -- clearly match equity tables are the way to go. In this particular situation if I was at 33% to win then I should have dropped. Since I consider myself a little better then it was a borderline take.
