math degrees for backgammon giants

Got you topped, David. Maybe. I got an F in my penultimate term (3rd quarter for you Americans) in my Trig class the last year of high school. Also got one in Latin that quarter. The grades that counted were the final, 4th quarter ones, and since I really wanted out of school I pulled them up to Bs (needed tutoring for Latin, or I was deader than the language) and graduated.

On the other hand, had I not graduated my game plan was to take all Theater, Speech, or Radio/TV courses the next year. Who knows, instead of being a backgammon player, I might have played one on TV.
