Tim has both of these right. I can’t add to what he said, except to explain the following nuance. My last big epiphany in Nactation came when I finally realized that intermediate stopping places, as well as final destinations, are used when comparing the destinations of blots and spares. Previously, I was only examining final destinations. The difference is subtle, and usually does not affect the ranking of plays, nevertheless Mochy’s question is a great opportunity to reinforce the concept.
The difference does not impact the Nactations of 65R-31P-21. In the table below, however, note that the 11pt counts as a blot destination for both members of the D (Down) family.

*The asterisk marks the reason under Hit/More/Six that a given row ranks above the row that follows it. Other criteria are either tied or irrelevant.
