White can win this in several ways: by hitting a shot immediately (and winning from there, which is not automatic) if Blue can not safety the blot on the 15; by hitting a shot when Blue clears the midpoint or the prime; and by racing. I think this is a double and a small take because of the many possible routes to victory and the length of the remaining game (more chances to use the cube).
