Thanks, Nack, for your post. It gives exactly the info I need regarding Roman numerals. Just one point remains a little fuzzy: Nack: If you want to distinguish XG1 from XG2 (whether or not you put them in separate folders), I recommend inserting -1- or -2- at the "end" (prior to .xgp) of the file name. I am using my rollout database to track which rollouts use which version of XG. I do not need to encode it in the file name. I am willing to do so, however, if that is the most common technique being used in the community of rollateers. If I were to send you a file, what type of file name would you like to receive? My guess is that most are not encoding the XG version number into the file name, so, at this writing, neither am I. Please correct me if I have this wrong. Thanks. Mike
