12/6, no hit, no delay. If Blue hit 12/8*/6 or 12/8 23/21, 1-1 1-2 1-4 would probably slightly improve Blue's game, but 2-2 2-4 4-4 would make it worse, and otherwise I don't see how gaining 8 pips can but hurt, not help. 23/21 adding a 2nd spare to the 21 point looks nice, but Blue's favored to roll a 1 or a 2 before rolling a second six, and might even be able to play a first or second untimely six in the outfield anyway.
