I'd hit and slot 12/8*/6 trying to get a checker send back and make a third anchor, which would hinder white a lot. Not clear at all. Something can be said for 12/6 without a hit (not delaying white), and also for 12/8* 23/21 (moving the checker on the 23 out of range of possibly annoying loose hits).

Hitting aggressively to make the third anchor looks OK also because it would maximize the recube vig.
