What Stick did was to take a position that I recently labeled a "favorite" (the position was originally posted by Paul Weaver) and play it out himself a bunch of times. He then selected some positions that came up, and used them to make today's Daily Quiz.

Stick explained this procedure when he posted the 4/29 Daily Quiz. This predated my post about the lack of interest in the DQ.
