This could be done if there were enough readily available recorded matches. The main trouble seems to be lack of readily available data about serious OTB matches. If there were enough data, then you wouldn't necessarily need to be a top 100 player yourself to analyze it competently. You'd just need a bot, good general data analysis skills, and the motivation and time to do the analysis.

Who are the most underrated players whose names appear in the 33-64 part of the new list?

I'd be interested in some of your nominees for most underrated players who don't appear anywhere on the new list. What about Kenji for example? Or Mikael Jensen?
