About the 468 players who got at least 1 vote: 167 different players were nominated as the 2nd best Giant! Still, 468 names named on 167 ballots asking for 32 names, including one's own, seems high. On the other hand, the official ballot included 260 suggested "possible candidates." That also seems like a lot of choices for both the top 32 and the full 64 list of giants.

Naturally individual ballots should remain confidential. Still, it would be somewhat interesting to see the full list of the less than 468 players who received votes other than as #2 from the 167 eligible voters. Or perhaps more interesting to see on how many of the 167 ballots the top 32 or 64 vote getters were named. Or, as is sometimes included in polls in other sports and games, see how many votes as #1 the top 64 giants received.
