It's gin if you are 100% sure to win, no matter what dice comes and no matter how your opponent plays.

The problem is, what if you have to correctly make a non-trivial decision in order to lock up the win? Are you 100% sure you will play with an error rate of 0.0? In my example, sure, but in less trivial examples it's not so clear.
