It doesn't look right to stay, although your post suggests that it is. Staying only prevents ripping with 21, 31 and 41, and if you stay you make 11 play particularly well i.e. you lose 4 pips and could fan next turn. Plus if your opponent misses, it is possible that he will miss again if he rolls a lemon in which case he will not have lost a roll.
