If you understand the reason for moves such as 41S-54X, 41S-43X and 41S-63X (at GG) you know that you must hit here. Black has too many point making numbers to be allowed to play freely. That leaves just two candidates:

6-3*, 3-2* and

4-1, 4-3*

I'm not sure which is better, but would lean to K (Kill, hitting twice). The second choice looks disjointed and lacking a plan.
