Recube action vs Justin in Chicago

I seem to recall one cube action I disagreed with a lot, this position I cannot remember, but I suppose technically you have a recube here because of the score and the reduced re-recube vig. Hit and dance will lose your market. Your position is not as strong as it might appear due to duplication of 2s and 8s, so for money I don't think this would be a recube.

Player strength assessment may influence cube action, but from what I have seen Justin is a strong player, so I don't think you should change your cube action here.
